Oshawa Extendicare 50th Anniversary Celebration
: It has been 50 years since Extendicare opened the first facility in Canada. The Oshawa residence celebrated this day along with other facilities across Canada. Mayor John Henry, Eric Guernsey, City of Oshawa Ward 3 Candidate and Carlos Lerma from Colin Carrie's office were on hand to present certificates for this achievement.
